چکیده
Plants due to the high content of various bioactive compounds are main raw material for production valuable, and useful bio-products (e.g., food, cosmetics, medicines, biostimulants, biopesticides, feed). Different plant parts, instance: seeds, fruits, flowers, stems, leaves, roots can be used their manufacture. Nowadays, there is a clear need develop new, efficient, environmentally safe methods stimulation plant, growth crop protection. Plant-based extracts natural, multi-compounds products that could these purposes. They possess antifungal, antimicrobial, antiparasitic, antiprotozoal, antioxidant, medicinal, aromatic, anti-inflammatory properties. This group natural has potential become new generation suitable use in sustainable agriculture. The purpose this review provide an overview literature describing impact plant-derived extracts/biostimulants (PDBs) on crops grown controlled, real conditions as well under abiotic biotic stresses; extraction obtain PDBs, specific constituents responsible biostimulating activity. application beneficial production, several advantages, such low toxicity humans environment, enhanced resistance cultivated plants stress, increased yields quality crops, reduction mineral fertilisers pesticides. However, deeper cooperation between industrial academic research required accelerate development solutions future agriculture.

Plant microbiomes and sustainable agriculture
B acteria had been around long before multi-cellular eukaryotes evolved and quickly began to colonize these new life forms as another suitable habitat and potential source of nutrients. Nearly all higher organisms across taxa now have bacterial communities living on and within them—from mutually beneficial symbioses to antagonistic parasitic conflicts. They have co-evolved with their microbiota...
متن کاملResearch priorities for harnessing plant microbiomes in sustainable agriculture
Feeding a growing world population amidst climate change requires optimizing the reliability, resource use, and environmental impacts of food production. One way to assist in achieving these goals is to integrate beneficial plant microbiomes-i.e., those enhancing plant growth, nutrient use efficiency, abiotic stress tolerance, and disease resistance-into agricultural production. This integratio...

The United States and the world face serious societal challenges in the areas of food, environment, energy, and health. Historically, advances in plant genetics have provided new knowledge and technologies needed to address these challenges. Plant genetics remains a key component of global food security, peace, and prosperity for the foreseeable future. Millions of lives depend upon the extent ...
متن کاملSustainable agriculture and plant diseases: an epidemiological perspective.
The potential for modern biology to identify new sources for genetical, chemical and biological control of plant disease is remarkably high. Successful implementation of these methods within globally and locally changing agricultural environments demands new approaches to durable control. This, in turn, requires fusion of population genetics and epidemiology at a range of scales from the field ...
